You are so right in that our only choice is our perspective. I'm a terrible control freak and this continues to be a hard lesson for me. Just like I know the work on staying positive goes on forever, but yep here we are facing life and though we at times take 3 steps back to each one forward, we got to keep moving.

I just know you are going to be ok. Imho it is in times of great pain and sorrow that genuine growth occurs and that everything happens for reason.
