Today, Larry (a) went to physical therapy and had a good session, (b) walked 2 miles on the high school track with the sun shining and a warm southerly breeze at his back, and (c) was smiled at 3 times by an attractive young woman rehabing an achilles tendon.
Guess which one most improved Larry's outlook on life? Guess which one convinced Larry to consider physical therapy as a profession? Guess which one convinced Larry to specialize in rehabilitation of lower-extremity sports injuries?
If you thought the answer to any of the above was (d) being bitched at by my wife over the monthly food budget, (e) spending the evening at home with my deadbeat son and his useless girlfriend, or (f) crawling around on my hands and knees cleaning furnace ducts three months after back surgery, you are obviously a member of my immediate family and are excused from this exam.
