The Paris Wife IV
Feb. 27th, 2011 05:16 pmPaula McLain, author of The Paris Wife, is currently touring in support of her recent novel. She begins near home this month, at bookstores in Cleveland, Columbus, and Dayton, and gradually extends the range of her tour until, on March 18th, she does a talk and book signing at Hemingway Home, 907 Whitehead Street, Key West, Florida.
Having visited there in 2004, after years of immersion in books about Paris in the '20s, the Left Bank, and the "Lost Generation," and having succumbed to the scholarly and engaging fiction of The Paris Wife, I can think of no place on this planet that I'd rather be, at that moment in the history of pop fiction...
