Did It!

Just finished my "old man workout" which, back in the day, I would've totally laughed at. But which, these days, I feel very grateful to be able to do. And I say that to whomever might be listening. Hey, you never know.

Anyway, instead of doing an abbreviated workout, as I had first intended, I found myself crankin' off the full reps and lovin' it! And, to be honest, I probably would've done the same with my fitness walk, up at the high school this morning, except that I really, really needed to get to a bathroom, lol.

So, anyway, that was good, and then some. Hope I'm able to keep it up and that everyone else has had a day at least as satisfying, in one way or another...
