Just Made It
Jun. 28th, 2021 04:45 pmHeard the first clap of thunder, just as I finished changing out of my bike shoes following my second 3.18 mile ride of the day.
My time, on this one, wasn't bad either at 14:10. The best in more than a week, in fact, probably due to the suddenly calm air. Calm, but very warm and very humid. (I think I may have logged a 13-something earlier on, a couple of them even. But, like I said, the wind.)
Anyway, I've also gotten my strength training done and the primer coat on the top side of the shelf I'm building for the storage shed.
And now, the rain is coming down with a vengeance. Glad I'm not out in it, although I've gotta get ready for my N-A meeting tonight--which is another kind of hard rain.
