Down the Rabbit Hole
Sep. 27th, 2021 08:07 amOne by one, those I love, those I care about, those who, in another life, have cared about me, are disappearing down the rabbit hole.
Or, perhaps more accurately, down the many rabbit holes that litter the fields in front of us, in this horrific dream.
Have I, in like manner, begun to disappear from their lives as well, still visible, for now, as they are still visible to me, in body only, but minds and souls and spirits gone?
What will change this, what will save us, if we cannot, will not see, and save ourselves?
If not for ourselves, then for each other...
