Pushing Up

So yesterday, I pushed it up to 25 reps of the strength exercises, the pushups, crunches, bridges, modified sit ups, modified squats.

And I'm hoping that I can maintain that and even move beyond because a lot of that, as my friend Lynn knows, is not in the arms or torso or legs but in the head. Which is where the heaviest lifting always is.

So good luck to us both and if we falter may we always start again...
