My resolution to do a modified workout twice a day lasted exactly half a day.  About midday today I realized it would never work, that I'd never find two interludes per day in the madness that is this household, this life, that I could consistently claim for my own.

So, I'm back to the one-a-day regimen, doing the core stuff and one leg exercise that doesn't involve the knee. And I've already done it for today.

What I AM going to do is something which I'd started before the knee and shoulder problems overcame my resolve to do anything at all. Which was to gradually increase the reps for each of the three core exercises until I'm doing 50 reps each rather than 30.

Hopefully THAT resolution will last longer than the one that preceeded it. In the meantime I'm looking forward to my next ortho appointment which is on Monday and which I'm hoping will put me one step closer to acquiring my MagneTrainer and with it a more complete workout.

Not to mention getting closer to doing the repairs, to this wreck that my body has lately become...
