Heading Back Down

Think I'll finally head back down to the room.

Have to be up at 7 AM, which for me qualifies as "sleeping in," to bring Her Nurseliness home from her overnight shift at the hospital and to drive the grandson to two morning soccer games which, as luck would have it, are scheduled on fields about 10 miles apart.

Hope everyone has a restful night and a happy, prosperous, productive, you-name-it day...

I try to get my stretches in, once a day, but it's not always easy and no one else, except maybe my second daughter, seems at all concerned. Consider your energy entree, with side of peace and inspiration, on its way...
