The Light, Pouring Down

thisnewdayAs my desktop image, I have the standard Microsoft picture of a swimmer wearing what looks like deep-water fins.
He's near the surface, where the light is pouring down through the varying shades and densities in the blue coloration of the water.
Just now, I noticed that his image seems to be much closer than it's ever been when I've looked at it in the past.
I wonder what this means...
