While admitting that I'm far too easily impressed by my own modest accomplishments, I'm still quite happy to note that I've just walked six 3.5 minute quarter miles on the WHS track.

Which, I think, is not too bad for a guy with COPD who has also just turned 74.

Well, OK, maybe if I were 75, lol...
