Off You Go!

thisnewdayTime to get off the computer and, consequently, off my butt and do some cooking today, having exhausted my supply of dinners made for the freezer.
Gonna make the next iteration of my homemade ketchup and the low-sodium adaptation of the chili recipe we got years ago from my sister-in-law, Madeline. Which is why it's called "Aunt Madeline's Chili," lol. She'd either laugh or be appalled. Or both. I think you can do both.
Anyway, gonna go to the high school track, since the community center is closed today, and do my walk in the 26-degree weather. Wahhh, poor me, lol. But I've bicycle commuted and walked when it was colder and I know how to dress for it. Definitely no shorts today, ya think?
So, like my grandson's soccer coach used to say to the kids after he'd instructed them, "Off you go...!"
