thisnewdayFeeling kinda floaty, just now, but missed doing treadmill yesterday due to some estate business with my always-busy daughter.
So, it feels kinda mandatory that I get it done at the community center today. Gonna leave in a few.
Like I told her, if they find me slumped beside the treadmill, that's OK. Because that's the way I'd wanna go, lol...
