Thanks, it felt good to be outside, under blue skies in a light breeze yesterday. You know how that is. And riding a moderate but, for me, challenging circuit on the bike.
Of course, not all days will be like that--clouds, overcast hover this morning. But if I can just keep on riding the bike, whatever the weather, I think that will help...
