Outside. In days. Actually, first ANYTHING in days. Except another bad meal from the Instant Pot. Carrots so mushy I could've eaten them when I had no teeth and beef so tough a shark would've had to grow a new set afterwards.

Found earmuffs, at Tar-Jhay, that wrap behind the head and below the ponytail. And don't interfere with helmet or glasses. Gotta have 'em because, you know, still getting over the ear thing.

Felt good to breathe hard and deep again. Wasn't sure for a while if I'd ever. If you're old, you may know how that goes. If you're young, don't think about it, lol.
