Usually, when I'm doing my daily workout and counting my reps, I can let my mind drift a bit and still get back to my count when I refocus.

But not today. I was doing supine leg lifts, 30 reps with 5 lb. ankle weights, and suddenly, even though I'd been counting aloud as i usually do, I had no idea what my count was.

Luckily, I can usually tell from how stressed a given muscle group is what my approximate count is, and so I finished that way.

Thought I'd write that down before I forgot it, lol.

Hope everyone is having a good day, a good almost-end-of-summer, a good life...
