Spent part of the morning, after my fitness walk, making a pineapple-rum upsidedown cake for Rebecca and Jim's first family dinner in their new home. They've worked awfully hard for this, following their move back from Arizona, and we wish them the best. My own ability to help has, of course, been limited but hopefully that will change in the next couple of months. Yup, family matters...
