Lotta, lotta discomfort in the back tonight. Couple times today, especially getting out of the car, it's felt like I had a board back there. Like a large square area of my lower back was almost without feeling and totally stiff.

Then, once I was lying flat in bed tonight, the area of discomfort narrowed and it was like I could feel the hardware back there. Thought about taking a pain med but I'd really like not to...
