Fly Home, Angel

In fact I had said, on numerous occasions, that I'd never want to keep her from where she wanted or needed to go.
But, you know, it was the shock of it, the realization of yet another kind of loss, that left me gasping.
If that's it, then, fly home angel; you've helped me through as much of this as you can.
Just, please, I must be allowed to grieve.
To grieve and not be made to feel that I'm the one who's keeping you from your destination...
