After a few days of actually using my MRT (Magnetic Resistance Trainer) routine, I think I've finally made some tweaks that'll make it satisfactory over the long haul. Meaning this coming winter.

I've actually reduced the total time to 20 minutes--which is good, because I like efficiency in my routines, eliminated the highest gear ratio because, although it provided an easy start, a breather between peaks, and a brief cool-down at the end, it required SUCH minimal effort that it was a waste of time, and, by eliminating those lines on my "cheat sheet," I was able to increase font-size so I can actually read the goldarn thing, lol.

Also got a text from my youngest daughter today inviting me to Thanksgiving dinner at the home of her significant other's parents. The big news in that, however, is that she offered to bring me a dinner if I chose to maintain isolation. To which I of course said, yes.

I mean, c'mon, how many times have you heard me say that someone brought ME dinner, lol?

Meanwhile, I'm gonna take my basement ride and toot the horn a bit. Hope everyone has a great day...
