Some Good News

thisnewdayLast night, some very good news at the family dinner. Although she's many miles away, and not quite ready for barbecue and cornbread and three-bean salad and pumpkin pie, our newest grandchild, Sophia Alyssia, greeted the world at 1:41 yesterday afternoon.
Congratulations to Jim and Rebecca, her proud parents. We're all very happy for you and Aunt Sarah is packing her bags for a morning flight to Phoenix where she'll be for a week to help out.
Gramma and Grampa will be out in a few weeks to see the little "early bird" who's doing just fine...
