For about a week, I've been noticing this, I dunno, warm sensation which starts at the left front of my left shoulder joint and moves, like a warm liquid running down my arm, down the front and side of my bicep and then disappears.
It's been happening more and more frequently and with increasing intensity, although it's not really uncomfortable as yet. I've been trying to find a definitive answer, as to what it might be, but the most common one has been that it's not a cardiac symptom but more likely the result of a pinched nerve in the neck.
After which the site will go on to say that there are virtually dozens of other possible causes and that if it gets so bad that you suddenly begin striking yourself in the face with your left fist, call 911 immediately. OK, I made that up. But some of the other possibilities do worry me.
And so I'll employ my usual strategy when a health problem seems to be emerging. I'll wait until it's completely intolerable and then call the doctor...

Based on that, I'm wondering if you need to find a different exercise or further adjust the weight or reps for your shoulder. Also, the old standby of moist heat on the affected area before your workout followed by cold packs afterward might help.
Wishing you the best, always...L
