thisnewdayChanging up my routine, this morning, because it's forecast to be another HOT day and I'm already running late due to another difficult night with frequently-interrupted sleep.
I've gotten hydrated, done my meds, and now gotta get dressed and out the door to the track. Breakfast and coffee afterwards.
