Yet another day turned on its head: up since 2:30, will have to make it up somewhere.

Not a bad day yesterday, a few things done. Foraging for food, mostly, in online cookbooks, etc.

Occasionally I wonder what effect it's having, the change in diet.

Have wondered, but haven't been driven quite hard enough, by that curiousity, to open the Amazon box with the recently-acquired blood pressure cuff.

Perhaps because I expect to be disappointed.

And would rather, I guess, be losing the sleep over it...

Do you take melatonin? Very effective sleeping aid. I take it a couple of times a week when I'm having difficulties sleeping.

It may take a while to see a drop in your pressures. So, don't freak out if your early readings don't satisfy you. Fyi, BP is usually higher in the morning. I be thinking bout ya :-)
