NOT One of Those

thisnewdayVideo solitaire can provide an interesting lesson about life, now and then. Like just now, I made a move which was, I thought, simply the pragmatic one given the layout of the cards. Just made what seemed like the prudent move.
What I hadn't noticed was that it would complete one of the stacks I'd been building in another column. And, voila, I used the new one-click option to move those cards and the program moved them to the stack which had been unnoticed but ready for completion.
And I think that life works that way sometimes. Although there's no one-click option that I'm aware of, sometimes, if we simply persist in doing the right thing, the smart thing, the pragmatic thing, something will work out for us that we hadn't anticipated.
At least that's how an optimist might see it.
I suppose this was a lesson, a revelation, an epiphany to me because I'm NOT one of THOSE, lol...
