Had the big one at the dentist today. No, not "the big one" that Redd Foxx was always saying he was having, lol. I mean the rest of the extractions and getting the upper denture in place.

Told my daughter the uppers looked great except for the blood running down over them, which is normal. Told her I looked like a vampire with really nice teeth, lol.

Anyway, that's done. Gotta go back tomorrow, Thursday, and Monday for follow-up and tweaking the fit. Then, at some point, we'll get into fitting the lowers to the uppers.

Lotsa fun, this growing old stuff...

Practice and tolerance seem important. Husband had his all done at once and woke up with a mouthful of choppers. It is a process. Like what isn't eh?

Oh, btw finished A the Gellhorn bio and working on the memoir. Amazing human.

Re the Gellhorn, definitely had that feeling about her. She's on my list for when my head clears and can handle the more serious stuff...
