Livin' the Life

thisnewdayToday will be the first day of my new routine. Got up earlier than I might've wished, but got it started anyway. Maybe take a nap later, I dunno.
There's some doubt about that because the roofers are here and, in a Cape Cod, that puts them within 10-12 inches of the upstairs living space where I have my bedroom and office. So, from 8 AM to 6 PM, it's like living inside a badly-played kettle drum, lol.
Anyway, for now, the routine is: oatmeal/blueberry smoothie, liquid Ibuprofen, warm salt water rinse, retrieve upper denture from overnight bath, brush, and insert. Then gag a couple of times, lol, and live the life...
