That's my distance in miles and 100ths and time in minutes and seconds on the bike tonight. With a rise in elevation of 112 feet, according to my data sheet from PlotARoute. (Data collected on my CatEye Padrone bike computer.)

Granted, there was no wind--which there often is--but this is probably pretty close to average for my twice-a-day rides.

Not bad for an old guy, on a cheap bike, who until last month hadn't ridden one in 25 years.
