thisnewdayIt's raining, this AM, which is why I jumped from my normal get-dressed-and-ride routine and picked up the little horn instead.
I'm thinking that, once the weather changes for good, this is what I'll be doing.
First the horn and then the longer session that I've written for the bike/mag trainer and then my workout.
With lunch between the bike and the workout.
Because I've always needed routine, something I could look forward to, something I could depend upon.
And because, you know, there's so little else these days.
Again, as always, my best to everyone...
