Sunday Afternoon with Stella Starlight

thisnewdayCleaned and oiled chain, chain rings, and gear cassette, pumped up tires to 75 PSI. Then, just after noontime, took my first ride of the day.
Not an ideal time to venture out on the road I live on but, especially on Sunday, nothing like the rush hour traffic I used to commute in 5 days a week.
When I got back, I found FedEx had delivered the parts I'd called in as missing from my Instant Pot cooker. I'll take that as a good sign because I was planning on making my first meal in it tonight.
Am gonna hydrate a bit and then play Stella Starlight, nee Stagg, for just a bit.
Twenty minutes is usually enough, these days, but I was actually elated at the tenderness in my upper embouchure this morning. You ain't played the high brass if you haven't had a sore lip, lol.
Oops, kitchen timer just went off. Gotta finish swapping out the filter in my water dispenser.
Then we'll see what Stella's got to say...
