Know What, Though?

thisnewdayNot having taken my second ride yesterday, and having had to skip this morning's as well, my lungs are the clearest they've been in a week.
I'm inclined to think, as Patrizia has suggested, that what I'm breathing in when I AM outside is the cause of the intensified breathing issues I've noticed in the days and evenings afterwards.
However, I also know that asthmatic episodes can be triggered by simple exertion and I'm hoping that this is not what's happening to me. (It's called "exercise-induced asthma.")
Whatever the case, I think I'm gonna get one of those athletic masks, for when I'm outdoors, and in that way try to be a little smarter about what I'm doing.
Because, you know, I'd really like to keep doing this for a while...
