Moroccan Stew in the Afternoon

Another morning when I awoke before 4 AM and couldn't get back to sleep. Then stayed up until the light came and the traffic sounded out on the road.

Then slept until 10 AM which is not good because today is the day that I cook for my son. Which means clearing off my plowed-in car, going to the store and prepping things for the Moroccan stew which I've gotta make this afternoon.

All B.S. aside. I have the same sleep patterns but don't go back to sleep till 4.

My sleep patterns are off as well. I finally decided who cares if I go to sleep at 8pm and get up at 3am? It's not as though my schedule is inhabited by a lot of diurnals right now! 😊

I hope you had good luck and that the stew went well. All I know about Moroccan cooking is that it includes dates and harissa!
