Jenny Apple

[TRIGGER WARNING: This entry concerns a YouTube content creator who has just been advised that her terminal status, due to cancer, is now imminent.]

I watched Jenny Apple's YouTube post from an hour ago, and I probably shouldn't have.

It brought back so many things, from my own experience,  but most of what I felt was for her. Well, for her, her husband, and their two kids.

For some reason, when the tears came, I was surprised. Then, I had to step outside, because I couldn't breathe.

Outside, I found the openness I needed, but it was so dreary and cold that, after a minute, I came back in.

I think I'm OK, now, but needed to say this for her.

We love you, Jenny, and wish you peace and comfort on your journey home...
