Late Morning, Early Afternoon

Late morning was my cardiology appointment, so I didn't get to do my outdoor fitness ride until early afternoon.

But it was truly worth waiting for--a bit chilly, but bright and clear and not so cold that I had to wear the heavy fleece.

And the ride was, well, just such a joyful thing that it's hard to even describe, hard to explain.

And when I got back, I found my two Donald Fagen books waiting for me.

I'm still out here. Currently doing a withdrawal from 30 years of Xanax addiction so not at my best. But logging miles on the stationary bike and still reading. Miss you L.

Gonna be joining you, pretty soon, on the stationary bike. Well, sorta, you know what I mean, lol.

Also just got a couple of books to add to the piles which are beginning to reappear after overrunning the book cases I got a couple years ago.

I told my other grandson that I was gonna read Donald Fagen's autobiography first and then the biography that was written some years later so I'd know if he'd been lying, lol.
