Did 2.0 miles today on the high school track at a pretty good pace! That's up from 1.5 miles per day for the last 4-5 days. Hope I'm not feeling it tomorrow but I want to be ready to start p/t after my office visit next Wednesday. And the walking has definitely been helping...
