I tried walking at Shoppingtown-Dewitt this morning and didn't get much out of it. When I asked about their mall walkers program, Guest Services told me they no longer had one.
Then they referred me to a program St. Joe's Hospital was running on the lower level. It turned out to be Upstate Medical Center, they no longer ran the program, and couldn't find any of the mall maps showing the course and mileage. By that time, I'd already done my walk anyway so I went home, did my stretches, and decided to maybe use the treadmill later.
Trouble is, that faux marble flooring really beats up on your legs and I'm pretty worn out tonight so I think I'll spend the evening figuring out materials for the foundation repair I've gotta get done on the house before the ground freezes.
Anyone know how mortar mix behaves when poured down concrete block cavities when the outside temps are near freezing? Me neither but I can't wait to throw my back into this one...
