Just pulled a chicken pot pie out of the oven. Combined 3-4 recipes I found on the 'net to get just the right filling and crust. It's my third time making it and I've pretty much nailed it.
Nice thing is, you can do it from scratch or substitute short cuts that turn out just as well. I mean, it ain't rocket science but it sure tastes good on a cold November night.
