Screaming

Years ago, when I was technical director for a local performing arts studio, I'd occasionally watch the instructional classes held during the run-up to a new show. (My two oldest kids were dancers.)

The artistic director/ lead instructor would  sometimes gently remind his dancers, at the top of his lungs, to "find their focal point."

Now that I seem to have lost mine, I understand about the screaming...
