It's just after 10 AM and I've gotten a later start on my day than I'd planned.

Regardless, the weather app on my phone says that the outdoor temp is 88-degrees F. but, due to humidity, it feels like 97. You know, the dreaded "Heat Index."

On the other hand, the thermostat for the house's HVAC system shows a current temp of 75-degrees. Although there's no reading for humidity, it's obviously dry as the proverbial bone in here.

So, let's see, shall I do my daily ride indoors on the trainer? Oh yeah, I think so. LOL...

Your consistency puts me to shame. I did get in the pool yesterday though.

Let me think on it... indoors! LOL

I would have thought NY would be cooler but then I see the weather map and nah! My son is in NJ and says it's hot but not as hot as here.

We've had 104 temps already, the mornings are warm-ish but not bad but the afterenoon heat is brutal for a couple of hours. Sun doesn't set until 8pm our time. I've fallen enough I'm not able to be out at the break of day to walk like I used to do. The mornings fresh and cool, the birds waking for the day, by the sun began to rise I'd be on the last length of street home.
