It's 16 degrees outside with several inches of lake-effect snow on the ground. Without the right shoes, I can't walk on the track so I'm gonna have to wait until later to use the treadmill. Ever since my surgery, I've walked first to warm up and then done my stretches and core strengthening. So life will, of necessity, change. Like the weather. Like the cold. Within me and without me...
