Very rarely have I used my nebulizer more than twice a day. My prescription is actually written for up to four uses per day, but that's to assure that I have adequate meds in case I get sick. So my daily routine has been to use it in the morning, when I get up, and then again at night before I go to bed.

Today, though, I've been bothered most of the day with a dry, mostly unproductive cough and a feeling of "something" in my lungs. The sort of feeling I have in the morning when I first get up.

The last time I did a "three-a-day," I didn't like the result for reasons I can't even remember. Maybe a side effect, like dizziness or nervous agitation. So I was reluctant to try it again this time.

I'd tried to nap, but couldn't get comfortable. So finally went upstairs and did a midday treatment. And, guess what, I feel much better!

Still have no clue as to what the problem is, maybe an uptick in the seasonal allergies that I've been plagued with since childhood and for which I still take other medications.

Anyway, I'm glad I had this option and decided to use it. I'm gonna sit for a few minutes and read and then do my workout and then my bike ride--which I'm sure increases my exposure to whatever is in the air.

But I've gotta ride, just like I've gotta eat and breathe.

Hope everyone is having a halfway decent day...

Maybe P is right. Something has my sinuses in a uproar, runny eyes and nose, sneezing and a general feeling of malaise. I took a long nap, no bike for me today. This is the first year I've had allergies. From childhood? That's awful.
Hope your ride was amazing.

Well, aren't we supposed to be living "in the moment?" lol Old age facilitates that.
